With a discount code, you can benefit from extra savings on your order at YOEK. A promotion may apply to your entire purchase or to selected products. Below you will find the conditions applicable to the use of discount codes and promotions:
- Discount codes and promotions are only valid within the specified period and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are personal and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- A discount code can be applied during the ordering process on our website. Always check that you have entered the code correctly; it cannot be adjusted afterwards.
- Some discount codes and promotions are limited to specific items, categories, or a minimum order value. These restrictions are always stated with the promotion.
- Each discount code can be used once only. When an order is cancelled or returned, no new code will be issued.
- Discount codes and promotions do not apply to purchases in the YOEK Outlet or online sale, unless clearly indicated otherwise.
- Promotions and discount codes cannot, unless explicitly stated, be combined with other offers or discounts.
- Misuse of discount codes, for example by copying, tampering, or fraudulent use, may lead to invalidation of the code and possible additional measures.
- In case of return of (part of) the order, the refundable amount is calculated based on the paid price, including the applied discount.
- YOEK is not responsible for any printing, typing, or formatting errors.
- YOEK reserves the right to amend, supplement, extend, or terminate promotions early without prior notice.
By using a discount code or participating in a promotion, you agree to these terms. We do our best to offer our promotions and discount codes as clearly and fairly as possible, so you can fully benefit from our advantages.
How to use a discount code?
Discount codes can be applied during the ordering process on our website or via other designated channels. Make sure you enter the code correctly; adjustments afterwards are not possible.
Here’s how it works:
- Select your favourite items that meet the promotion conditions and place them in your shopping cart.
- Click on the shopping cart at the top right to view your order.
- Enter the received code in the “enter discount code” field and click on “proceed to checkout”. The discount will be applied directly to the total amount.
If the discount is not applied, your order probably does not meet the conditions of the promotion or the code has expired.
