Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped (on working days, Mon-Fri) within 24 hours from our warehouse in Zwanenburg (close to
Amsterdam), in The Netherlands.
If you order before 4pm (on working days) we will ship it the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the
following (working) day.
If you order after 4pm on Friday, on Saturday or on Sunday, we will ship your order on Monday.

Regular carrier: DHL

We ship our orders worldwide; within Europe via DHL, outside the EU, delivery is by the local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).
Unfortunately, it is not possible to send your package to a PO Box or reply number.

Do you not live in the EU?

For shipments outside the EU, import taxes, duties and customs fees may apply. These are calculated once your package arrives in the destination country and are the responsibility of the
recipient.

Insurance

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage during shipment from YOEK to the delivery address. Coverage expires once the items have been delivered to the
specified delivery address and signed for.

Tax-free shopping

All prices on the website include 21% VAT. If you live outside the EU, you can shop tax-free at yoek.com. In this
case, 21% VAT will be deducted from the amount if you choose a country outside the EU at checkout.

Import duties and customs

For products in an order to a
country outside the EU, taxes, customs duties and import charges may be levied
by the destination country (the 'import charges'). All customs and import charges will be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and must be paid before receiving the
package.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on these charges. And because regulations and import charges vary from country to country, we cannot tell you what these amounts will be. You can avoid
surprises by contacting your local customs office and asking what the charges
will be.

Return and exchange

You can return your order up to 30 days after the day you have received the entire order. You can do so by returning the items within this period, or by informing us within this period
that you would like to return an item, or several items.

If you inform us in advance, you have 14 days from that moment to actually return it.

You can return or exchange your items if:

1. your declaration (the return form in the packaging) is enclosed, stating that you wish to cancel the purchase;

2. the items have not been worn. Of course, you
are allowed to try them on (if you wear the items and do so beyond what is necessary for the assessment of the items, this may result in a reduction in
value for which you may be liable);

3. the tags are still attached. It is not necessary to remove them to try on the clothing. If they have been removed,
this may result in a reduction in value for which you may be liable);

4. you have sent the items in the correct manner and paid the correct postage costs, or have stuck the return sticker on the package in the correct manner (if this is not the case, we may charge you for
the postage costs).

Return items

Fill in the return form (or another unambiguous statement) and add it to the package.

Preferably send the items in the
original packaging. You will find a return sticker in the package.
With the help of this sticker, you can return the package free of charge via a DHL Parcelshop or post office (available from the The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Finland and Sweden). You can find the nearest DHL
ServicePoint via: www.dhlparcel.nl or www.dhlparcel.be. Of course, you can also return the products via another carrier; in that case, the costs are for your
account.

Period

If you return items, you will
receive the full purchase amount within 14 days after you have cancelled the
purchase. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the items
back, or until you have sufficiently demonstrated that you have sent them.

How do you receive your refund?

You will receive the refund via
the payment method you used for paying your order, unless you agree to a different
method.

Amount

In any case, we do not charge any costs for the refund.
If you return your entire order, you will also receive any paid shipping and transaction costs from us.
YOEK cannot be held liable for
returned items. Pack and seal your return shipment carefully and keep your proof of postage.

PLEASE NOTE: Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery will not be accepted. If we do receive one of these items back, we will send it back to you and deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount.

Exchange

Different size or colour

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or colour? Please send an email to our customer service: returns@yoek.com. If the item is in stock, it will be sent to your home free of charge as soon as we have received your return.

Shipping costs

Exchanging for a different size the first time is free; if you want to return it a second time, the shipping costs are at your own expense. You can choose which postal company you use to return the package.

Different item? Place a new order.

Would you like to receive a
different item? We will then ask you to place a new order and return the previously received item(s).

We will then refund the amount for the returned items, including any standard shipping costs for the outward shipment, within 14 days of receiving your return.

We may withhold reimbursement until
we have received the goods back, or you have emonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

• If you return the entire order,
you will be refunded the shipping costs

• If you return a part of your
order, we will not refund any shipping costs

Standard Delivery

Outside the EU parcels will be delivered with the local carrier in the country (f.ex. Royal Mail or Parcelforce in the UK, USPS in the USA). Please be aware of a longer delivery time outside of the EU, because of the clearing process at customs. Feel free to contact us for your tracking number in these cases. For parcels within the EU; these will be shipped with DHL, you will automatically receive the DHL tracking number in your e-mail.

Within what period will I receive the full purchasing amount?

More sustainable shipping

Every package that is shipped makes an impact on the environment: packaging is used and there is a CO2 emission associated with its shipment. To minimize this as much as possible, we here at YOEK have implemented a number of steps:
• Offer delivery at a parcel point
• Reusable packaging boxes
• Collaboration with DHL Go Green, which sends as many packages as possible in electric vehicles and invests in CO2 reduction.

At YOEK, we never just throw away items. We check returned items carefully; they then go back on sale. When they can no longer be sold as new, the items are offered at the sample sale as 'second chance'.

We are also asking you, our consumer, to help with this. You can do this in the following ways:

• Having your order delivered to a parcel point. Note: it is important that you pick up your order on foot or by bike. If this is not possible, it is better to opt for home delivery.
• Think carefully before placing your order. Do you have doubts about your size? Contact our customer service instead of ordering multiple sizes. This will prevent your order from doubling in CO2 emissions.
• When you do send a return, always do it in the same box in which your order arrived. For multiple orders, try to bundle the returns into one package.
• If you opt for home delivery, make sure you are home at the delivery time. If you are not at home, the package will have to be returned which will cause extra traffic.
• Have you opted for home delivery, but are unable to be home? Then change your delivery preference with DHL to, for example, a parcel point or delivery to your neighbors.
